Two passed characters from both Spider-Man and Daredevil. ^_^ 

Both Jean De Wolf and Karen Page are similar to each other.

1. They met both Peter and Matt before Spider-Man and Daredevil. 
2. After they meet Spider-Man and Daredevil they got involved in crimefighting. 

3. They got killed of - Karen died because Bullseye took Daredevil's Billy Club and threw it at Daredevil as a killing weapon, but Karen intercepted it with her body, dying in his place (Earth-616). Also in What if stories she passed. 

Jean died because Jean was fatally shot and killed by her former lover, New York Police Department Detective Stan Carter, also known as the Sin-Eater. DeWolff was the Sin-Eater's first victim.(Earth-616).

In Ultimate Universe Earth-1610 Comic - Jean worked for the Kingpin - When hitman Frank Oliver (the Kangaroo) posed a threat to the Kingpin, DeWolff manipulated Spider-Man and New York City's other vigilantes to eliminate him. DeWolff arrived on the scene of Kangaroo's arrest and was shot by the Punisher, killing her. Spider-Man was informed by the Punisher and Daredevil of DeWolff's associations with the Kingpin and her manipulations.
